• Up to 30 professionally edited high resolution photos (Interior & Exterior)

• Up to 60 min of on-site photography

• Final edited photos will be delivered via a professional online gallery within 3 calendar days from shoot regardless of weekends or holidays!

• 24 hr expedited delivery available for an additional $50

Photography + Aerial.

$175 + tax

Aerial photos showcase a property in ways gravity just won’t allow for the regular photographer. Our commercially licensed drone services add a flare and a perspective that can bring a wow factor to buyers who are searching through dozens of properties. Add this service to your photography package to make buyers stop and give your property a serious look.

• Up to 30 professionally edited high resolution photos (Interior & Exterior)

• Up to 90 min of on-site photography

• Commercially licensed drone photos

• Final edited photos will be delivered via a professional online gallery within 3 calendar days from shoot regardless of weekends or holidays!

• 24 hr expedited delivery available for an additional $50

Photography, Video, + Aerial

$300 + tax

Take your MLS listings to the next level with a high definition video tour. Don’t leave potential buyers in the dark as to exactly what your property has to offer. A majority of home buyers say that a full home video tour was a major factor in requesting a showing and submitting an offer.

Package Includes:

• 30-50 professionally edited high resolution photos (Interior & Exterior)

• Commercially licensed drone photos and video

• 1-3 hours of on-site photography and filming

• 2-3 minute professionally edited home tour video

• Professional voice over narration or actor to host the video tour (Upon request)

• Final products will be delivered within 1 week from date of shooting via an embeddable YouTube link and a professional online photo gallery. The finished exported raw video file can be delivered if requested, although we recommend the host server option (YouTube) for best and fastest online marketing.

• 48 hr expedited delivery available for an additional $150.
